3. Subscriptions and Free Trial

Baby Sleep Button may offer auto-renewable subscription plans, including monthly and yearly options.
A free trial period may be offered to eligible new users.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Premium Access

Premium access may unlock additional app features, extended playback options,
or other enhanced functionality made available within the app.
Premium content and features may change over time as the app evolves.

5. License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable,
revocable license to use Baby Sleep Button for personal, non-commercial use
on devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s usage rules.

6. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app except as permitted by law.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
• Use the app in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Use the app for harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, text, audio content, music, graphics, logos,
interface elements, and related materials, is protected by copyright,
trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. No Medical Advice

and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, profits,
or business arising out of or related to your use of the app.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if we reasonably believe
that you have violated these Terms or used the app in an unauthorized manner.

13. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Third-Party Platforms

This app is distributed through Apple’s App Store.
Apple is not responsible for the app’s content, maintenance, support,
or claims relating to the app except as required by law.

Continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
